The best cure for migraines I’ve found

Lets start out with a few facts about

migraines:

  • Some migraine studies estimate that 13 percent of adults in the U.S. population have migraines.
  •  2-3 million migraine sufferers are chronic.
  • About 5 million in the U.S. experience at least one migraine attack per month.
  • More than 11 million people say migraines cause moderate to severe disability.

I am was one of these individuals, and because your reading this,  you, or someone you know must suffer as well.
A little bit out me:
I was
10 years old  when I got my first migraine I lost my ability to speak, has complete numbness in my body, and  lost  all cognitively… I was rushed to the hospital. Unknowing what was wrong, thinking I was having a stroke

Over the next few weeks I had massive neurological tests to rule out risks, blood clots, and strokes. It was horrible. The end result was.. RXs for deadly medications and told I would live like this for the rest of my life.

The following 20 years i suffered, some months I had more migraines, some months less..

I would try to pinpoint what was triggering them.. was it due to stress, foods reactions, or even hormonal  changes. Never the less I would suffer,  I would be come incognito, and dealt with the heart populations that the meds gave me.

Then, I was introduced to magnesium supplements.

I started taking one everyday with my multi-vitamin. I noticed that when I would miss a few days I would get another migraine. Whether it be a  deficiency in magnesium or not, it was helping – minimizing the migraines.

I continued this regiment but knew there had to be more.Then started reading about CQ-10.. I figured I would try and see if it worked..  I started taking 1 every other day with my multi and magnesium.

I saw results!! I was hardly getting migraines.

About 2 months ago I started juicing ginger. I started adding it to my tea in the morning, adding it in smoothies, and juices..and wow!! I finally found the my solution!! I have been migraine free for over a month now!!

I will never take that medication again, why would I? I was killing my insides and it wasn’t even fixing the problem.

I now have a combo magnesium, CQ-10, and ginger. Not only is this solving the problem for me, I am also receiving many other health benefits for my body.

I say all of this to say, If you are like me and suffer from migraines. This regiment may work for you as well.
